I had a fantastic stay. The staff was exceptional, especially Miwa and Stan. The service was professional and friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. Also, the cleanliness of my room was outstanding.

The hotel location is decent, as it is close to a beautiful mountain and university campus. the staff is generally friendly and the breakfast has many different food options to choose from. Rooms are relatively well-equipped, containing a computer and are serviced daily.
The service is not always consistent, with some negative incidents with staff as mentioned in other reviews.

The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were always friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome during my four-month stay. the service was excellent from room cleaning to the front desk. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the convenience of having both a long-distance bus station and a taxi stop in front of the hotel.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel near Huangdao area and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the friendly and hospitable staff welcomed us warmly. The room was clean and cozy with comfortable beds. The location was perfect as it was close to several local attractions and restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel lounge.
The only downside was the lack of diversity in the dinner menu. While the meals were adequate, it would have been great to have more options.
